Description
Matho Khangri is one of the unique summits in Ladakh. You will find beautiful view from the top of summit. This route is less crowded as compared to Stok Khangri.

Detailed Day-wise Itinerary
Morning after breakfast you will drive to Chokdo. It will be drive of 1:30 hrs. With thearrive to at Chokdo you start the trek toward Basecamp. On the way you will cross Gyunchola pass. Overnight Camp
Early morning yu will pushup for the summit. It willbe quite hard till summit. From the top you will find bautiful view . The snow dependon the weather and season you want to do the summit. After relaxing some times at the summit you will down back to the base camp. Overnight camp.
Morning after breakfast you will start your trek along the valley of Matho. On the its possible tosee Nomadic people with Yak and sheeps. You will cross the sangla pass. Overnight camp at Matho phu.
Start your trek with the asending of Matho pass. On the way its might be possible to see wild animals like ibex, snow leopard, wolf etc. It will be beautiful landscape. At manikarno you will find many tourist on the way to Stok Khangri. Overnight Camp
From Manikarmo  we descend all the way to Stok village. This is a great walk passing by numerous ruins of old forts and castles. It takes about six hours to reach Stok village where we are met by waiting vehicles. We then drive two hours back to Leh enjoy a meal and some well earned drinks at the hotel. Overnight in the Hotel.
