Detailed Day-wise Itinerary
Our representative will welcome you at Leh Airport and transfer you to the Hotel. You will have rest till afternoon for better acclimatization. At 3 pm, you will drive to Leh Palace and visit Leh Palace. After that, you will visit the Shanti stupa. From Shanti stupa, you will find a beautiful view of Leh Town, Zanskar Range, Stok Khangri, etc. Overnight in Hotel.
In the morning after breakfast, you will go local sightseeing. You will visit the Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame is a museum you can see about the 1999 War with Pakistan, 1968 war with china, 1972 War with Pakistan. And about the exhibition about the life of the Indian Army. After that you can visit the Gurudwara of the Indian Army. Megnaitc Hill is a place where the scientist believes that there are magnets inside the mountain. Sangan is a beautiful Junction where the Indus and Zanskar rivers meet. Lots of people do rafting also there. Overnight in Hotel in Alchi.
This morning, you will visit the Alchi Monastery. After that, you will continue to Lamayuru. You will visit the beautiful Lamayuru Monastery and drive back to Leh. Overnight Hotel in Leh.
After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley. The road to the Nubra Valley goes through the highest motorable pass in the world at Khardung La (5602m). The Pass is almost permanently covered in fog and snow. Nubra means green; it used to be on the trading roué connecting Tibet with Turkistan and was the navy of Turkisatn, which invaded it several times. Also known as the Valley of Flowers, Nubra has always been well-cultivated and fertile, with the best climate in Ladakh, so grains and fruit, such as apples and apricots, have always been plentiful.
On arrival in Nubra, you will visit Diskit Monastery. After that you will visit Hundar Camel safari. Overnight stay Hotel.
After breakfast, drive to Leh over the Khardungla pass. On arrival, check into the hotel. The rest of the evening is at leisure, or one can explore the beauty of Leh on one's own.
After an early breakfast, we leave for Pangong Lake through Changla pass 5486 Mtrs. While ascending Changla pass 5486 Mtrs. Enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the villages below the pass. After crossing the pass, we stopped for a picnic lunch at Tsoltak, the summer pastureland of the yaks. Arrive at Durbuk, and from there, a short drive takes you to the western shore of the lake. Enjoy the landscape in the background of the Lake. This famous blue brackish Lake of Pangong is 5/6 Kms wide and over 144 Kms long with half of its running the other side of the "INDO CHINA BORDER". One rarely feels so close to nature and the scenery is unforgettable. In the evening, take a stroll near the lake and overnight stay at the Camp / Guest house.
Post breakfast, visit the lake, and after spending some time, we drive back to Leh.. Upon arrival, we checked in at our pre-arranged hotel. There will be an evening at leisure and overnight stay at the hotel.
In the morning, our representative will drop you at Leh Airport, and you will have a beautiful flight over the mighty Himalayas.
